Our Company has the exclusive
sale, in Italy and worldwide, of the innovative male underwear
garment called GINGOO. The term "GINGOO" and the logos
representing the object are the literal and figurative mark identifying
the object of this sale.
For this reason, the term GINGOO and its figurative mark are
for the exclusive use of Zoe Fashion Srl and their use is forbidden
to any other subject.
PRODUCT FEATURES
It is a male underwear garment whose main feature is to be aimed
at covering only male intimate parts, thanks to the elastic band
at its base, as shown in the technical description.
Being made of stretchy material, it can adapt to any changes
of testicles and penis.
It also has a distal opening which allows urination without taking
the garment out.
Colours currently available are black and white, there is one
size which fits perfectly up to max 20 cm extension and 7 cm
diameter.
PRICE
The price of the GINGOO shown on the web site refers to one piece
and is VAT included. Shipping costs are not included and shall
be borne by the buyer-

DELIVERY
The product will be sent to the address specified in the order,
wrapped in a plastic bag put inside an anonymous envelope
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal shall apply to private individuals. Purchases
made by dealers and companies are therefore excluded.
Pursuant to Legislative Decree No.206/2005, the buyer is entitled
to exercise this right not later than 10 days after receipt of
the goods. The costs borne to return the goods shall be borne
by the buyer.
PLEASE NOTE:
For hygienic reasons, as the garment gets in touch with the intimate
parts, the return of worn and/or washed goods will not be accepted
and the envelope shall bear the original seal. Therefore the
right of withdrawal shall not, with no exceptions, apply in case
the bag and/or the seal of integrity of packaging are opened
or damaged..
Products shall be returned in suitable packaging for transport.
Refund will not take place in case of damage to the objects due
to inadequate packaging.
HOW TO EXERCISE THIS RIGHT: Not later than 10 days after receipt
of the goods, the customer shall send:
a) Registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt;
b) A telegram or an e-mail, which shall however be followed,
not later than 48 hours later, by a registered letter with acknowledgement
of receipt.
The above notices shall specify the unwanted product, the details
of the invoice attached to the product bought, the necessary
details to credit the refund.
In order to receive the refund of the price paid, the customer
shall send the unwanted object to the sender, not later than
the term specified above (10 days after receipt of the goods)
REFUND: not later than 30 (thirty) days after receipt of the
goods, our company will make the refund, which shall only cover
the price of the product: postage and delivery costs already
paid will not be refunded
HANDLING OF PERSONAL DATA,
PRIVACY LAW NO. 196/2003
Pursuant to Italian Law No. 196/2003, for the safeguard of people
and other subjects as regards personal data handling, by writing
his/her personal data in the purchase order the Customer authorises
Zoe Fashion Srl to handle his/her personal data, and Zoe Fashion
Srl will only use them to process the sale, in order to comply
with the obligations of law.
Pursuant to Law No. 196/2003, the Buyer is entitled to have access
to his/her personal data in order to inspect and/or modify them,
and is entitled to withdraw his/her consent and oppose to data
handling
GOVERNING LAW
Any civil dispute arisen in connection with the application of
Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 shall be submitted to the courts
of the place in which the consumer resides or is domiciled, if
within the Italian territory.
LEGAL WARNING
Unauthorised use of the Registered and Deposited Marks used in
the web site shall be prosecuted by law |
